Welcome to the Momentum Train Summit (MTS) website!

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the MTS website, located at https://momentumtrain.com (the "Site"), and your registration for the Momentum Train Summit (the "Summit"). By accessing or using the Site, or by registering for the Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site, or do not register for the Summit.

Registration and Authorization

By registering for the Summit, you automatically authorize Preventive Lifestyle Assistance Network (PLAN) and MTS, its subsidiaries, and its affiliates to collect, use, and share your personal information. This includes information such as your name, email address, and company name. MTS may use this information to contact you about the Summit, to send you marketing materials, and to improve the Site. You can opt out of receiving marketing materials at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from MTS or by contacting MTS at support@momentumtrain.com.

How MTS Uses Your Personal Information

MTS uses your personal information to:

Provide you with access to the Site and the Summit.
Send you information about the Summit and other MTS products and services.
Improve the Site and MTS's other products and services.
