MTS is committed to implementing the following DEI initiatives:

  • Unconscious bias training: All MTS employees will receive unconscious bias training to help them identify and mitigate their own biases.

  • Inclusive hiring practices: MTS will implement inclusive hiring practices to ensure that our workforce is reflective of the diversity of the communities we serve.

  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): MTS will support ERGs to provide a space for employees to connect with others who share their identities and experiences.

  • Diversity and inclusion metrics: MTS will track and report on diversity and inclusion metrics to ensure that we are making progress on our DEI goals.
